It's easy to feel intimidated by CrossFit, But the truth is, CrossFit is for EVERYONE! People of all fitness levels can excel at CrossFit Cayenne. Every workout can be scaled to meet the needs of everyone in the class, no matter if you haven't been to the gym since it was required by school, or if you are a professional athlete. CrossFit Cayenne will challenge you at whatever level you're on and whatever level you grow to with us. People who want to have FUN in their workout will be right at home. One of the fundamental concepts of CrossFit is constant variation of movement. You will never get bored!

Don't have a lot of spare time? No worries, our classes usually only range from 45 minutes to an hour. That's from the first stretch to the last. Short enough to fit into even the busiest of schedules!

And lastly, you become an integral part of a community, the CrossFit Cayenne Family. There are no strangers here. We always introduce ourselves, help new members, talk about our goals, cheer each other on, and develop true friendships.
